Product description
This visually pleasing drill rig is the right choice if you want to conduct low-cost geothermal drilling project in tight surroundings. In addition to the 44 kW engine output, the load sensing hydraulic and perfectly assembled components, the head preventer (patent pending) provides the opportunity to drill out the casing and the rod in one step, allowing the drilling mud to flow off in a controlled way.
Further information
- geothermal drilling applications
- drilling with an auger
- drilling with a hollow stem auger
- drilling with a cable percussion device
- core drilling
- direct Rotary flush-drilling
Head preventer mode of operation (patent pending)
- light, compact and robust construction
- casing and inner rods are drilled out together
How does it work?
- The head preventer is clamped by the breaking device
- Drill rods and casings are screwed onto the head preventer and drilled out as usual
- The drilling mud is transported downwards by the inner rods and is transported upwards inside the jacket space
- The head preventer discharges the drill cuttings into a container through a hose
- The drilling mud out of the container is carried back into circulation again
- After the overburden, the head preventer is taken out of the chuck head
- Afterwards, flush drilling is continued with the ground preventer
